Soulmate Portrait is an AI-powered entertainment application that generates personalized portrait images based on your quiz answers. The portraits are created for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute romantic advice, psychological counseling, or any form of factual prediction about real people or relationships.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission.
4. Payments & Refunds
Access to your full AI-generated portrait requires a one-time payment processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your portrait, contact us at support@makershiplab.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
5. Intellectual Property
AI-generated portraits are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your portrait on social media with attribution to Soulmate Portrait. You may not sell, license, or use portraits for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use automated tools to abuse the quiz or payment systems
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated portraits are fictional and created for entertainment only. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any personality insights or compatibility assessments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulmate Portrait and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
